A guided tour in the heart of Naples, discovering the Awarded Art Metro Stations, the very city center and the extraordinary remaing of the recently discovered areas of the city.


09.00: departure from hotel to Naples.

10:30: starting at Piazza Municipio heading for Castel Nuovo or Maschio Angioino and then the Royal Palace, the San Carlo theatre, Piazza del Plebiscito and the Galleria Umberto. Via Toledo, the main shopping street of Naples, is home to one of the most beautiful new Art Metro stations: "Toledo", covered in true art masterpieces, remains of the Neapolitan Aragonese period walls and precious Vietri's ceramic mosaics.

The second Art Metro station: "Dante", beneath the famous Piazza Dante, is dedicated to Dante Alighieri, author of the "Divine Comedy." The station is covered by works of contemporary artists and a passage from the "Convivio" by Dante Alighieri.The square houses an all year round typical flea market.

From Port'Alba we move into Via dei Tribunali, heart of Naples, where the dominant pizza aroma invites to taste it, in its traditional neapolitan folded version, followed by the famous "Sfogliatella".

Continuing to the nearby Church of San Lorenzo Maggiore to admire its style and discover the extraordinary remains of the recently discovered areas of Naples. From the "Dante" metro station the tour continues on to the station of "Università", dedicated to all university students.

After a brief walk the tour returns to Sorrento at approximately 16:00.
