9:00 Pick-up at Palazzo Starace

9:30 am Guided tour of the farm "La Masseria" (registered with the producers of the Limone di Sorrento IGP and Oil DOP - Sorrento Peninsula), with tasting of products: fresh homemade lemonade, sugared lemon slices, lemon and orange jams on toasted bread, and extra virgin olive oil, lemon oil and orange oil on homemade bread.

11:00 am: Visit to the farm "Il Turuziello" (registered with the producers of Provolone del Monaco DOP), with demonstration of processing of Mozzarella and Caciottine, followed by tasting of the Salami and the famous Provolone del Monaco DOP. All accompanied with a glass of local wine in "La Masseria".

12:30 pm: Pizza Tour in the Restaurant Pizzera "Da Francesco", located in the historic center of Schiazzano. With insights into the production cycle of the typical Neapolitan Pizza and visitor participation in the preparation of the pizza. In addition, homemade cake, wine and coffee.

14:00: Finally back on foot at the Farm (200 meters) to taste the Limoncello made from Mamma Maria and explanation of the family recipe.
